Great service
My dog was injured while we were at work. Husband couldn’t get current vet to see her, (1:45 pm) and told him to go to the emergency vet at 5:00. I drove her out to Sequoia, arriving close to 5:00 and they saw her immediately even though we were not currently their patient. The empathy, kindness and care they gave was more than I could have hoped for. The compassion for the injured pup and family was beyond wonderful. The office staff and veterinary care provided for my dog by the vet tech and veterinarian, Orlando Ochoa, were exceptional. They were thoroughly professional and addressed all my questions without rushing, ensuring a comprehensive experience. The prices were more competitive than other locations.
Seriously, save your money and your pet the frustration. This place is a rip-off where they'll happily take your cash without bothering to figure out what's actually wrong. Complete waste of time and money
