After returning the equipment I received a call from the Latina woman at the front desk, accusing me of keeping it. She was extremely rude and condescending over the phone. After I explained I had taken it back the day after my sleep study, she said she'd check and call me back. About 20 minutes later the phone rang once then the call disconnected. Overall, the stay was good. They had a nice comfortable bed in a very nice bedroom. The only thing I didn’t like is that I didn’t get enough sleep being that the room was so comfortable. All the wires on my head and body also didn’t help me with my sleep. I was then woken up at 4:30 in the morning, I had to get on my way out. Other than that, the staff are super nice and caring. If I would have been allowed to sleep at least 2 - 3 more hours, it would have been an almost perfect night.
