It is a well built shed. It appears no expenses were spared. The price very good for this area. I checked around alot. The price also includes free delivery, within 30 miles of Red Bluff. But I feel sure they would install further away for a mileage charge. It wasn't a dump and go ordeal either. He has an amazing machine that moves the shed anywhere you want and makes sure of the placement before he lets it down on the foundation they provide. I can't say enough good things about these guys. Three days ago, we attended the home and garden show at the Shasta Co. Fairgrounds. We had no idea we were going to purchase a shed, but when the show was over this lovely 10x12 ft. shed was trucked straight to our location, placed and leveled in about an hour.
