My experience with Sequoia Senior Solutions ended up being a nightmare. They treated me kindly and with respect, but then kept sending caregivers who were inappropriate. One of them simply said "Oh, I can't work here" and left as soon as I opened the door and introduced myself. Another was obviously a senior herself who was beginning to have severe memory and attention issues and sought a job as a caregiver because she wasn't handling very well her transition to being "useless".
