The property has been going downhill in the last couple of years. The property changed ownership earlier this year and had a name change from SoFi Redwood Park to The Heltsley. So far my experiences with the new maintenance guys have been good. Unfortunately some loud neighbors moved in and they like to blast music at random times during day or night (like 1:30am on a Thursday). Current resident. Lately management has changed and is not as responsive as before. And packages are being stolen from the mailroom consistently for the past few weeks. No action taken other than telling us to file a police case and handle at our end. Been happy residents here for many years but disappointed lately :(
