Christine Ngo is really a bad, rude and useless real estate agent. She has no experiences at all. She’s always convincing the buyers to take out all the contingency and she never help the buyers to go over the disclosure documents or other documents at all. If you want to buy house, please do not look for Chritine Ngo. Because she will let the buyers getting in trouble, it turns out the buyers loss the 3% and have to go to the court as well.
