The most challenging management company, and if Kris Waters is your manager you should keep looking for a better management group. Terrible communication- Emails go for weeks without an answer Terrible management- It took them over 2 years to fix our fire sprinkler system Noise complaints go un answered It took them years to fix a garage gate which cause more than one robbery in the garage.

I moved into a building managed by Sequoia in March. As a tenet, communications with the management co have been very challenging; which has made resolving open issues difficult. I hope to be able to update this post soon with happy resolution to some very simple items.

I worked for Sequoia Managment for only a year under the supervision of Jon Meher. One of the best property managers I've had the pleasure of working with not for. He is understanding and very helpful. Also, the managment company is always on top of their buildings making sure they get the quality managment they deserve. two thumbs up guys!!
