Zero humanity Most of our doormen have been with our building for over a decade some even closer to 20 years. One of them passed away very suddenly. This management company didn't even send someone or send a basic email to tell the other doormen about the passing; they had to learn about it from a resident.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this property management company has been incredibly disappointing. My buildings primary point of contact, Ian Reilly, has been consistently unresponsive, even when dealing with urgent maintenance issues. During a heat wave, I repeatedly reached out regarding my central air conditioning system that was not working. Absolute nightmare. Do not get involved with these people. They are severely unprofessional, hang up when you finally get them on the phone and have little bitchy children at their front desk. I work with 35 other property management teams on my job and this one is hated by residents and vendors alike. Find peace and choose another company to live under. Would leave no stars if I could

The most challenging management company, and if Kris Waters is your manager you should keep looking for a better management group. Terrible communication- Emails go for weeks without an answer Terrible management- It took them over 2 years to fix our fire sprinkler system Noise complaints go un answered It took them years to fix a garage gate which cause more than one robbery in the garage.
