Absolute nightmare. Do not get involved with these people. They are severely unprofessional, hang up when you finally get them on the phone and have little bitchy children at their front desk. I work with 35 other property management teams on my job and this one is hated by residents and vendors alike. Find peace and choose another company to live under. Would leave no stars if I could

Terrible communication- Emails go for weeks without an answer Terrible management- It took them over 2 years to fix our fire sprinkler system Noise complaints go un answered It took them years to fix a garage gate which cause more than one robbery in the garage.

I moved into a building managed by Sequoia in March. As a tenet, communications with the management co have been very challenging; which has made resolving open issues difficult. I hope to be able to update this post soon with happy resolution to some very simple items.
