Work with DR Feng lots of years great surgeon 😷
I'm very very impressed with his staff. They have gone out of their way to make things happen smoothly for us. Back pain is excruciating enough to deal with, Dr Feng's staff makes sure that the patients are guided through the hoops with clear understandings of expectations on both sides. We showed up to our first appointment missing what we needed. Dr Feng was my surgeon 11 years ago and all went well. When I recently had a re-herniation of the same disc, I already knew he was my go to. Me having the same issue again I know has nothing to do with any incompetence in past treatments, but degenerative disc disease. I know I’m on good hands with him and have no worries about my upcoming surgery. Robbie is also great and gets things done when preparing for your surgery date. Almost seamless!
I've never had long wait time. You can call Robbie for just about anything related to your appointments. I've also been to his office for injections and they have always been professional .
Well I had to wait a hour and a half to see him.then I only was with him.for 6 min. For him to tell me just another mri,I'm really not at all pleased at this time with him so I'll wait till my next appt a d see and they didn't even have me a another appt. To see him.after the MRI so I guess I'll call my self to get a follow up.not real happy
Dr. Feng and staff were great, very warm and efficient. Dr. Feng was attentive and spoke to me very matter of factly, using non medical speak to make sure I understood what was happening. I very much feel like I will be getting the best care possible with them.
