Great service, friendly staff and Peter whom I see has been a great help with my mental health needs! I’ll also had a small billing/HSA issue with my insurance but when I called they helped me get it corrected quickly (was my error, not theirs).
This is the most overpriced and expensive psych office I have ever been to! All they care about is money, not much thought for the patients. The initial visit cost over $600! Each follow up visit costs $300! Dr Goodwin will not prescribe anything without you coming in for a visit, which costs $300 each time! Not to mention they NEVER answer their phones, I always end up leaving vm. I am also frustrated that they did NOT give me full 30 day refill!
