Very bad customer service with a racialist community manager! Here is my story : On Aug 23rd 2023, I had an appoinment at 9am with the office staff to tour around the venue for my baby's birthday party. I showed up at 8:55am and wait till 9:20am and no one showed up neither open the community. I also didnt receive any calls/emails from them for cancellation as well.
