pd I am sad to say I feel like everybody else.what I want to know is how your book keeping is.i am caught up and they keep billing me and cannot tell me what for.other than balance foward when they switched accounting software.well I know I was caught up have been since 2004 when I almost had to go to court brcause we fell 3 months behind.so sorry I was very sick and it was not intentional when we got the letter my wife tried to talk to them but to no avail. Westbrooke community Much like what is already stated, this company handles things in a draconian fashion. I have been cited for the simplest of things, such as having my boat parked (while I was loading it for a trip), grass not being cut (while we were on vacation), and having a trailer parked in my driveway (using it over the weekend).
Worst company ever I wish I could give this company 0 stars. They are the worst. Nothing more than a petty shakedown company. They nitpick small, easy to get violations and don't look for the real big ones. Quantity over quality I guess. Probably due to laziness and the need to look like they're doing their job. Each person ive dealt with has been beyond unhelpful. It's as if they enjoy being unyielding fascists and to hell with the homeowner.
Rude! I had nothing but terrible experiences with this company. The manager is rude, argumentive, and disrespectful. She argues with our board and the members of our community. She complains about having to do "her" job. She constantly makes errors and tries to pass the blame. And, she is suppose to be their top manager. The members lie and do what ever they want to do. They think they have all the powers. They are the worst I have ever seen.

confused I feel I am being nit picked by the company since I have raised some issues about the safety of the neighborhood and other regulations that the renters (14 + people to a home) are pulling. I have received numerous violations recently. I understand some of them. But I have never had to answer, in 20 + yrs of living here, to my gutters and downspouts being white or not having my grass cut.
