On two different occasions, I've ordered materials to be delivered on a specific day, and then Sequoia does not show up to deliver. In each instance, I've had crews ready at my house to move the materials that I've had to send home. The last time it happened (yesterday), I called on the delivery date to make sure it they were coming, and I was told they were. They never came.
