Flawless experience with sequoia! When on my way to grab bagged soil at Costco, I drove by sequoia and decided to pop in and see what they had for my beds. The lady at the desk was friendly and helpful. Local Delivery was quick and easy. The delivery man was also very pleasant and professional. A cubic yard was enough to fill 4 medium sized beds and a few large pots I had laying around. Just what I needed! Homeowner here. First time ordering a soil delivery. Friendly front office, happy to answer questions. I bought 3y of lava rock and 3y of organic potting soil. Delivery was prompt, a split load in 1 truck, quantity was right, product was very consistent. Will order again next year.
I wanted to buy bark in 5-gallon buckets; they now do that reasonably.. My trailer was not available. So...I load up four buckets.
Yesterday I ordered 2 yard of organic soil for my garden over the phone. The sales person was incredibly helpful, kind and proficient. Today it was delivered and the delivery man could not have been nicer. I would have paid more for this fabulous service but they were $40 cheaper than the landscape co only a mile from my house. What a fabulous experience! Thank you. Will come again and spread the word.
Mostly great staff. The receptionist is obviously overworked but the yard guys and delivery drivers are super helpful and friendly. The materials quality and price are unbeatable in this area. If you’re looking for a small quantity, avoid Sequoia, but for multi yard delivery this place is the best. We’ve gotten over 50 yards of compost and gravel delivered to our residence and have zero complaints.
