Mike Grossman is the harbor master for Waldo Point Harbor who is employed by Sequoia Land Investments. He is despicable character who targets people he does not like. He has serious anger issues and has gotten in multiple fist fights with residents. The overall majority of residents do not like him. There are 8 pending litigation cases against Waldo Point harbor because of his illigitimate actions.
Do not rent from this landlord. He is unfair, doesn't take noise complaints seriously, his property was not clean and move in ready. There were dead stink bugs everywhere on the floors and spiders were a constant problem along with centipedes and box elder bugs getting into the house all the time.
