Disastrous Builder! One year of occupancy fee! They even sent their service team to do paint touch ups in my unit without a single drop sheet. Imagine walking home to drywall dust all over your furnitures and floor.
4th grade builder. Buy the biggest possible units available if you can afford. They only concern the units that cost the most. It might be true thay can only build hugh bungalow. Their ruler concepts is a deficit. And pay more attention on corners and edges...etc when doing PDI. Good Luck.
*DON'T BUY* this builder’s project. The quality is really poor. While we moved in last year, the AC, dishwasher and the washing machine didn’t work! It’s a branding new project, but all appliances were not working. Also the sink is horrible, and nobody came to fix it. It’s been almost a year, but there are still some minor issues on PDI that not fixing yet. They charge us more than 5k as the occupancy fee, and my last check is on May 2nd, which is a year. I purchased a unit at Elgin East by Sequoia Grove Homes, and the experience has been nothing short of frustrating. The occupancy process dragged on for far too long, forcing buyers to pay excessive occupancy fees with no clear timeline for final closing. It feels like Sequoia is deliberately delaying the process to their advantage. On top of that, the build quality is extremely disappointing.
