The overall community and exterior design look great at first glance, but once you move in, you’ll quickly realize there are numerous issues. Many homeowners, including myself, have experienced problems such as a dishwasher that needs repairs, a washing machine that doesn’t work, and a mandatory air conditioning rental company with terrible service. It is been more than 1 year they charged the occupancy fee and no close, each month 1000 more than morgage for us, what are they waiting for?!
Terrible builder. Craftsmanship is very poor, seems like these builders don’t know what a ruler is. Many deficiencies upon occupancy and even after fixing the problems the quality of work is just terrible. Worst builder to buy from.
*********** Sept 20th, 2024, one month and 11 days after the occupancy day. Called builder and texted them every day to finish incompleted work in the unit…bathrooms and staircase cracks. The occupancy fees cost 4 times appr 137 per day. Like staying in downtown Sheraton. Regretfully, this builder should be more concerned. To most of us, the property is all we have…
