Dirty condo, the grass is always overgrown. My car was towed once, even though I have the sticker. My daughter’s car was also towed, even with the pass on the dashboard stating she was an authorized visitor. Don’t move to this condo! There’s nothing “garden-like” about it!

I have been here a year and a half and nothing has changed. The roof needs fixing and they won’t replace it (say they need to but won’t) they started on work in April and stopped in June and haven’t even come back to finish the work on the buildings. I have had problems with roaches and termites. The ceiling has been leaked through twice. I don’t know about the other buildings but I know for sure building A and E have that issue. Horrible parking, cars get broken into every night, no management, rust and peeling paint everywhere cracked buildings with poles holding up second floors, paper thin walls, loud music played in between building every single night. Management office is over an hour north and you will need to go there often if you don’t want your car towed. you can not have a guest park here more then twice and can’t be after 4 or on weekends or you will be towed 40 min away for 200 plus dollars. It’s awesome

The only good thing about this condo is the location. Other than that if you like paper thin walls, cat pee everywhere, and a property management that is 40 minutes away and doesn’t care about anyone, then this is the place for you. Not to mention the ridiculous parking situation, have had our car towed 3 times in our spot due to the complex not having parking decals available. Also building is under major construction that takes place every single day hammering, drilling, definitely not quiet if that’s what you’re looking f... read more
