Woody and Tom are amazing! The maintenance team here at Sequoia Apartments is as reliable as a giant sequoia tree. They are always kind and helpful—Woody even replaced my burner drip plates yesterday with such a friendly attitude. The apartments are a bit older, but for students in Davis, they truly offer the best balance of cost and facilities. The study room is also fantastic. Highly recommend Sequoia Apartments! Clara
