They took my order and my samples and never got back to me with results. They are impossible to get ahold of on the phone. Very unprofessional.
I made an appointment for 10:00am when they open. I drove 2.5 hours to get there on time. They were closed. Waited for them to open for 30 minutes while calling repeatedly. Finally called another lab in Novato and drove another 80 miles.
Caught falsifying COA results. Causing massive recall of over 700-800 batches. Do not bring products here for testing. Their license was revoked and should not be allowed to practice in this state period. Unacceptable.
