Deceptive advertising. Advertised "First Full Month Free" online, but then charged me for my first full month. Support clarified after this that "First Full Month" actually just means your first prorated month you moved in, no matter how short of a prorated period that is. In my case that was 4 days free, which I would say is not a "full" month.
