They 'lost' my maternity 21 test sample. I told them that them "losing" my dna that was given to them for testing sounds really sketchy and illegal. That if they didn't find it I'd definitely be alerting the authorities and my lawyer. All of a sudden a few days later they magically found it. What kind of reputable laboratory LOSES someone's blood sample? Terrible
Charges way more than they tell the OB providers they would. Is this a violation of the no surprises act to lie about how much you bill? All practices should avoid this company until they stop lying about their bills and stealing money from new parents.
