Best of the best for quality, gently used clothing and accessories THis shop makes you feel like you are shopping in the fanciest, chicest boutique. The atmosphere is friendly, relaxing, and upbeat. The staff always acknowledges you when you come in but isn't pushy. There are plenty of dressing rooms, and they are roomy, comfortable, and pretty.
Love this place! I love it here becasue they always have something great for me that is the latest style. They consign my clothes and today when I walked in I had $37 waiting for me.
Not worth a long drive I worried about the service I would receive after reading the mixed review, but drove from Indiana because we were looking for a homecoming dress. The first employee that I had contact with was curt, I felt Iike I was bothering her. The second employee was polite and offered suggestions on where to find a dress. To make a long story short, I think this shop would be good if you lived locally, it is not worth a long drive!
RIP OFF Before you ever enter the business you should know that besides being less than friendly or helpful this store does not hire women with retail knowledge or any idea of names or brands. On a recent trip I dropped off 7 items only to be told "we are too busy to look at them right now" and then my VERY expensive shoes were "magically" donated to Goodwill. Not very impressed with store I've been dropping stuff off for a couple of years at Sequels and have always been pretty happy until the last few times. Seems like the staff are too consumed with hanging and looking over the clothing that is in piles all over the counter space rather than acknowledging the customers walking in the door. I had dropped some stuff off several months ago, and went back within the 45 days to pick up my remaining items.
