This is a zero star review. This company has been sending me unsolicited emails. I unsubscribed a few times and asked them to stop, but they refuse to do it. Spamming in the US is illegal. Stop before you get sued.

I could not have been more pleased with the outcome for repairs on my Guess Watch. I contacted customer service to see if it was still under warranty. Kathy was able to find my account from the watch's serial number, and knew it was a limited edition. She was unsure if parts were still available to fix it, but it WAS still under warranty. Actually no stars is perfect for this company. They repaired my watch or think they did and did not replace 20 of the small stones that were missing. Only replaced the larger ones. I had to pay shipping and handling and this was under warranty. I will call during business hours and ask for a total replacement. Shame on them.
