Great people
This is the third-worst VA I have ever been to. The staff are rude and wildly inept. Even basic medical procedures are well beyond the capabilities of most of the facilities here. Some VA facilities have improved over the years, becoming clean and efficient bastions of medical care, staffed by professionals. This one is most assuredly not.
