Supulveda VA facility - Parking, Rceptionist, Technician - great. Security - poor. (Santa Barbara VA facility - smaller but excellent.) I am a veteran of the Marine Corps - proud for the time I served and grateful for opportunity & the benefits offered by the govt. Not many or faily distributed, but better than nothing. Sepulveda VA's "Care in the Community Dept" does not release it's "separate online" medical records to Veterans. I have used every avenue of redress possible to obtain my records and they said VA regulations allow their particular department to refuse Veterans their own records. if you don't believe me, just give them a call and they will tell you exactly the same thing. We all know that this is illegal but that's the VA for you.
I was in the children's ward at the hospital, and there was a doctor rolling around on roller shoes. Dont know her name yet.
