Great place to live. Nice, quiet and crime free. Strict Management, must pay rent on time and follow Lease rules.
Manager is extremely unprofessional, never on time for appointments she makes with you. She'll cancel or show up late then blame you for missing the appointment (happened to me multiple times) Tries to milk tenants for all of their money. Charges for the smallest of maintenance fees that should be included in rent. Did not receive my full deposit after moving, though it looked almost better moving out than moving in.
