Gives false reports on the work performed. We work to hard for iur money to have this theif pencil whip an inspection, only to have to pay thousands in repairs later. Spend your money elsewhere.

Was hired to do a pre purchase septic inspection. I was told the septic was opened and check and was in good working order. A month later we had issues. The tank was full of roots and had NEVER been opened. He lied after the fact and insisted that he opened it. The is no conceivable way he open the tank since there was no access unless the half of the lid was lift and all of our shrubs dug up. Cost me $1000 to get it fixed. Buyer beware. Septic Inspections was hired and paid to do a thorough inspection of the septic system at a house I was under contract to buy. The report came back saying it didn’t need to be pumped out and the drain field was working. I had the septic pumped out a few months later just to find out that the drain field isn’t connected to the septic at all!
