I don't trust this company. They were very helpful in the beginning after they installed a pumps that kept dying. They never found the root of the problem and then gave us a very expensive quote for a problem we didn't have. When we tried to reach out after the quote was given we never heard from them again. My husband was able to figure out the problem and fix it for less than $100.

Took the operator a little while to get to me (the scheduler told me i was the first appointment but I think I was the third or fourth) but he was quick, efficient, and professional. He also answered the few questions I had which will help me with timing cleanings in the future and I will be contacting them again.

I called several companies on Monday, April 3rd, trying to have someone come out to pump the tank and see why my cleanout was leaking. Septic Experts were the only ones able to fit me in at the end of the day. They called when they were on their way, their price was extremely reasonable and the work was done professionally. I highly recommend this local company that goes out of their way to help in any way they can.
