Don’t use this company. I should’ve read the review before I even called. The guy just hung up on me and was saying that he couldn’t pump my tank because another company was coming in a couple of weeks to fix it which made absolutely no sense to me he stated that they do repairs and was upset that I was using another company to make the repairs and I was just using his company to pump it out until the other company could come and do so made no sense to me whatsoever that he couldn’t just pump it get his price and move on. My Husband and I used this company a few months ago..We paid for a cleaning and hydro flush and it was half done! For 1100 dollars we are back to where we started! No hydro flush because the technician was so busy talking! No wonder he was skipping doing the hydro flush! This is horrible to have to do this all over again after 90 days!! Pure scammers, took advantage of my elderly mother! They are lower than the stuff they pump out of your septic tank!
We had Septic Blue clean out our septic and filters today. The gentleman’s name was Zach and he did an excellent job. He was early, polite, and knocked out the job quickly. 5/5 and I’d highly recommend them to anyone needing septic work
I can’t speak to the quality of service because Septic Blue cancelled my service back to back Fridays because of “being short on technicians”. So if you want reliable service, I recommend choosing another company. I was understanding the first reschedule, and was told I would be flagged as a priority for my next scheduled appointment on account of already being rescheduled once.
