We had Septic Blue clean out our septic and filters today. The gentleman’s name was Zach and he did an excellent job. He was early, polite, and knocked out the job quickly. 5/5 and I’d highly recommend them to anyone needing septic work
I can’t speak to the quality of service because Septic Blue cancelled my service back to back Fridays because of “being short on technicians”. So if you want reliable service, I recommend choosing another company. I was understanding the first reschedule, and was told I would be flagged as a priority for my next scheduled appointment on account of already being rescheduled once. They claim it’s $200 for a simple cleaning then when the technician gets here it’s becomes a $800 project wasted my time called express suptic they came did the cleaning and left never again!!!!!
This was by far the worst company I have ever went through in my entire life. To start with I was quoted a price to come out and pump my tank but didn’t pay that price. once Jeff Lott arrive he tell me I didn’t need a pump and tried to sell me a whole new tank over 7k when nothing was wrong with the tank. It’s an old tank yes and didn’t look the best but worked just fine. So I ended up paying for him to come dig up my yard for nothing. Septic Blue Canceled our scheduled service with no call and no show. We waited at the property for them all day. They responded with “based on the information provided during their dispatch call, They would not be able to service the property”. From other reviews I can assume they didn’t service us because we already obtained a county permit for septic work.
