I had water backing up into my house from the washing machine drain. It's the middle of the winter, I start calling around to get prices for pumping my septic tank. Most of the quotes were coming in about the same. However, the gentleman I spoke with at Septi-vac pumping inc. Asked me a few questions and thought it sounded like a soft plug.
