I am outraged on how September's treated Lt. Dan and His New Legs on September 10, 2016. Common courtesy goes a long ways.
Seriously so disappointed that they would hire a band for months in advance and then forget to tell them that the gig is canceled the night of.. Bad management, unprofessional when it comes to how they treat their bands.. I really loved this place but am so disappointed in how they treat the bands that they hire.. Did I mention they canceled the band for the entire year and then forgot to tell them? So rude and so disappointed. I will never support this business again.
Our table spent over $300. Had a great time. Loved the music (MLC) and the food was excellent. Few glitches in service, but nothing major. UNTIL the bill came and the manager (Derrick I believe) insulted my friends. He is a smug A-Hole and I called him on his remarks. No remorse and no apology. When confronted with mistakes on the bill, he said "who should I believe, you guys who have been drinking a lot or my server who hasn't?". Sorry buddy but that's not cool.
