I had the privilege of being able to work with Dr. Zarinejad for over 3 years. During this time, she assisted me in an area no other therapist was able to - to repair my relationship with my mother by setting boundaries in a kind and loving way. Dr. Zarinejad helped me overcome a lot of personal issues going on in the life. She gave me the proper tools to utilize to combat my issues while providing great insight. Dr. Sepi is INCREDIBLE. I have seen numerous therapists throughout my adulthood and Sepi is hands down THE BEST. I wish I had discovered her years ago! She is so kind, has excellent recall, and was very diligent about keeping track of the medications my Psychiatrist prescribed. Her office has large windows, creating a bright ambiance, instead of a depressing cave-like feel I've had in other Psychology offices. I highly, highly recommend her.

Dr. Zarinejad was a blessing in my life. I had never put my value into the effectiveness of therapy - in fact, I never "believed" in it. After going through a series of personal, professional and extremely emotional issues, I decided to try therapy as a last result. Dr. Zarinejad helped me get to a place of peace and appreciation. She helped me when I felt no one else could. Her way of working through the mind provided me a way to overcome my initial problems and continue on in a healthy manner.

I started therapy to understand my patterns of behavior, build my self esteem and help me establish healthy boundaries with my friends and family. I strongly recommend Dr Zarinejad. She distinguishes herself by being committed to her patient’s healing, empathy, appropriate boundaries, trustworthiness, solid ethical core, well up-to-date, knowledgeable, last but not least her cross-cultural sensitivity. In one word, she is outstanding!

She has limited insight, but her unreasonable client expectations limit an effective counseling relationship, especially when undergoing therapy with family. She cancelled our sessions without warning after we’d been attending weekly for several months. We’d had a heated argument, and despite some positive outcomeshe insisted at the end that we’d need to complete 6-10 sessions of individual therapy before returning...a logistical impossibility leaving us in a tenuous situation before holidays.

Deciding to see Dr. Zarinejad has been the single best decision I have made in my life. She is so kind and very easy to open up to. She guided me through a very stressful and difficult time in my life relating to work, relationships, and cultural experiences. I can honestly say i am now a new and improved person thanks to Dr. Zarinejad's help. She also made every effort to accommodate my tough schedule.
