I just recently found out that they sell men's cologne. Now I have a new reason to go to Sephora
Mary, Noelle, and Christina gave me amazing assistance during my visit to Sephora. They were so kind, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience feel welcoming. Their customer service truly stood out, and I really appreciated all their help!
We went in to buy couple products when I informed one of the staff I needed help finding a foundation match she acted as if I was inconveniencing her and told me to wait 5-10 min until staff was available to help, which was completely fine with me. After waiting for a while I approached another staff for help but she walked past us and ignored us twice. The only person who was helpful and kind enough to help us was Mary (I think). The attitude of the staff makes customers feel unwanted and uncomfortable.
Layla was outstanding! She made great suggestions on products specific to my mature skin and checked in the back for products I was looking for that were not on the shelf. Wonderful experience.
