This was my first time at this Sephora location, but as a Sephora regular I knew exactly what I was looking for. I was extremely surprised when I was just pointed to the displays in the store with very little help to get the items off the display. After asking one gentleman, he did help me find my shade. Meanwhile, 2 associates stood chatting. Unfortunately, this experience was minimal customer service and definitely not representative of other Sephora locations, where they are overly helpful.
Busy! But decent selection of Wonderskin products.
Just the worst customer service here. Every time we come in there, the staff are absolutely no help. This time however made me the most frustrated. Went into the shop SPECIFICALLY because their website said they had an item in stock. Only to be unable to find it or someone on the floor to help us. When we finally got ahold of an employee and inquired about the product they informed us several times that it was in stock, yet we couldn't purchase. The best place I have been to. Took my granddaughter here for her birthday. The people were very helpful. Available to answer questions. Awesome staff.
