We went in to buy couple products when I informed one of the staff I needed help finding a foundation match she acted as if I was inconveniencing her and told me to wait 5-10 min until staff was available to help, which was completely fine with me. After waiting for a while I approached another staff for help but she walked past us and ignored us twice. The only person who was helpful and kind enough to help us was Mary (I think). The attitude of the staff makes customers feel unwanted and uncomfortable.
Layla was outstanding! She made great suggestions on products specific to my mature skin and checked in the back for products I was looking for that were not on the shelf. Wonderful experience.

I'm usually in and out, but there has been a couple times now with some hard decisions and in a rush. Noelle has helped me multiple time's now.
