Shoutout to Mary! Although we were not able to find a foundation for me, i def got an idea of my undertone and what type of ingredients to look for. I came in to take advantage of the the Sephora sale, and picked up the last Mario f4 foundation brush. Also, 2 other ladies there were really friendly /welcoming and willing to help. Thanks ladies!
Shop somewhere else. This place and the manager have been the worst experiences I ever had. I was ONE day past the 30 day return policy due to out of town & searching for a new job and they would not even provide a giftcard or refund for the product, very rude behavior and handed me a number to call… and another time they “accidentally” sold me a SAMPLE, USED Milk eyeliner and did not refund me and she was the one that grabbed it for me.. repulsive & disgusting behavior. Makayla was helpful. I was looking for a new foundation, she gave me great recommendations and listened to my opinion and needs. I didn't feel pressured to buy anything. I asked for samples instead and they immediately agreed with no awkward pause. I was nervous going into the store, but they made me feel welcomed. No awkwardness while I walked around looking for items at my own leisure.
