Poor customer service. Too many employees majority are just standing and walking around. Mall of America Sephora is the best with customer service. They always make you feel welcome
Was in to browse today with a couple friends, not once were we greeted or asked if we needed help with anything despite there being multiple workers milling about. Instead we were followed and watched the whole time, whispers on their headsets, it was very uncomfortable. Juliette kept trying to add onto my transaction saying she was “suggesting” items for me. If I didn’t come to the checkout with it I clearly didn’t want it. Gave me weird vibes when I didn’t want it added onto my transaction when it was $32 and my order was already over $100. Sephora needs to stop trying to rob people of their money. Terrible service here. Will be shopping online from now on.
I just recently found out that they sell men's cologne. Now I have a new reason to go to Sephora
