amazing staff!! I went with a group of friends and every single person was so helpful and patient and friendly. amazing experience!!!
Horrible customer service. Every time I go into this Sephora I get workers acting skeptical and dismissive of me even if I’m coming into buy something or a bunch of things. The workers clearly must not want business because every time I leave this store I leave feeling like trash about myself. Mecca customer service is 10 times better then whatever the hell sephoras is . It’s a major deterrent but I guess you guys are happy with losing business.
I am deeply disappointed. Based on public statements and actions, I personally understood this brand’s founder to align herself with narratives that support or normalize the Islamic Republic. As an Iranian, this is deeply painful. I cannot support any brand whose leadership appears to stand with a system responsible for violence, repression, and suffering of ordinary people. My values are non-negotiable.
Terrible staff. Made a purchase and the staff did not ask to see my rewards card which is fine. So I told her I had the app and if she could scan it so that I may receive the points. She said yes, and she did it but this was after the fact that I paid but I thought surely she would be able to still get the purchase on my account. I assumed I still received the points.
