I had a really poor experience with Sephora’s customer service. There never seems to be enough staff working, and you end up waiting so long just to get some help. When you finally do, the staff are unhelpful and don’t seem interested in assisting at all — it honestly felt like I was inconveniencing them just by asking a question. I’d rather shop online or go to Mecca instead.
