Amazing service from Asha?! it felt like my sister giving me really honest advice Today my car was broken into and my beloved makeup bag was stolen - and smashed my window buttttt brushes everything Asha went above and beyond, I felt seen, heard and GUIDED 🧚♀️ I loved my in store experience even tho I felt like I was run over by a bus thank you so much I feel better now 🧡
Had such a lovely experience shopping today. Was helped by a lady called Jade who was able to help me look for what I wanted, she was absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately one of my favourite products is being discontinued which is a bummer but amazing service nonetheless! :)
Store not busy, nearly all staff crowded at entrance and ignoring customers who need help. Mecca is a better option.
