Appaling service. Went in there to purchase an item and I wanted to use my points to redeem a free product (Aestura autobarrier cream) . I was told that it was unavailable by this lady wearing a hijab. I showed them the photo and this other lady said that they still have 2 available. They opened the cupboard where they keep the "rewards product" and I can clearly see the product that I was after. I then asked again to confirm if there was really no product available and the lady in the hijab insisted that there was none left... read more
I was served this afternoon by ‘Sophia’ (I believe it was) Such a stunning girl, attentive, knowledgeable and took her time with me despite the store being incredibly busy from the sales! Staff checked in with me multiple times and ensured I had everything I needed. Such a delightful experience Thank you!
