Store looks busy with lots of customers, but not many staff come over to help. I wish the service could be a bit more friendly and attentive.
I would like to say nice things about this store because I got my perfect makeup from this store, perfectly shade matched. But to be honest, the staff is extremely judgemental. They look at you weird if you don't pronounce the brand name right. I came in looking for recommendations for a colour correcter once but none of the staff bothered to help. Such a shame on the staff.
Staff are helpful and nice when I come in to pick up orders etc, although can’t speak for their other services as I like to do my own shopping/shadematching these days.
My wife said very satisfied
The staff aren’t friendly and supportive, and they don’t seem to care about customers’ questions. Such behavior might discourage customers from coming back.
