I am writing to provide feedback regarding my recent in-store experience at the Macarthur Sephora store. While I unfortunately left feeling disappointed by the actions of the store manager, I first want to acknowledge the exceptional customer service provided by two of your team members, Laura T and Charlie. We went there to buy some skincare products, and was handed over to Ruby the skin specialist. She was amazing, took all the time to explain to us about the skin, recommended us products. She is really nice and passionate on what she does! Loved the experience x
A delayed review but Charlie was incredibly helpful and wonderful! I had been to 4 different store before I walked into Spehora for an aerosol free dry shampoo. The system said they were out of stock and told me Bankstown had them. As it was 4 in the afternoon and I was flying out in the morning she checked in the back just in case. Thats not something a lot of people do and I wish her all the best <3
