I was looking for an eye cream and this lovely girl, Amelia was so very helpful and let me try their new skin scanner which helped us decide which product was best for me and it had different options too. Very friendly and accomodating staff.
Staff are amazing!! Special shout out to Amelia who was just so helpful and the loveliest to deal with. I placed a click & collect order overnight, but next morning needed it ASAP. I called up the store at 9am and Amelia went out of her way to have it ready within minutes! Store is also always clean and organized.
The return policy under this company is REDICULOUS!!! If you want to buy something, and even CONTEMPLATE about returning it, do not buy it!!! they CONTINUOUSLY accuse me of opening products if i want to return it then proceed to open the product box to check for themselves to whether it was opened ( which it wasn’t) then proceed to tell me they CANNOT return the product as i paid online with PAYPAL. To which i cannot return the item online as the EMPLOYEE OPENED THE PRODUCT BOX IN STORE!!!
Was in need of help with a few products, unfortunately we were shrugged off by a blonde girl who said “she doesn’t know anything about brands” & was about to leave when Olivia W helped us! She spent her time helping us with a few products she recommended, which were fantastic & matched exactly what we were after (which we ended up purchasing)🙌🏽 We weren’t rushed, gave us honest feedback, and made us feel super welcomed: Give that girl OLIVIA W a raise!💲💲💲
