Most people I encounter in Sephora are really lovely. On this specific occasion I came into the store to return some items I purchased online. The lady at the counter accused me of opening both products which I did not. I had like two products I ordered seven items. The products only just arrived at my house and I knew I didn't like them because I had tried them on in store. She then accused me saying how did you know you didn't like them. Came in today for a foundation, another bad experience in the MacArthur Store, staff look like there walking on eggshells around the older lady which I'm guessing is the manager she talks to customers in a fake manner with a fake smile she won't serve them herself but will pass them on to the other workers because she's too good to serve us customers. The most uncomfortable shopping experience in a Sephora! The lady who works in the Benefit section of Sephora did not appear accommodating or friendly at all. All other staff members were visibly busy, so I asked her for help choosing a product. She immediately looked annoyed that I had asked her for help and maintained a rude monotone voice with attitude. I was visiting Sephora today. Have been served by Mady( hopefully correct speling) young blonde beautiful girl. She was amazing, recommended exactly what I need. I would say she knows product very good, and tell me exactly what I need for my skin according the skin type and age. Highly recommended
