Such poor service from the employees working in the fragrance section; they ignored when my daughter, a little girl, went to ask them something about a product in the store.
Never had such a horrible customer experience like at this Sephora. The few people that were free, didn't even look at being interested in helping you out. When I finally came across someone who wasn't with anyone, (her name was Ivette) | asked her if she could help me locate this brand of lip gloss. She then answered me saying that she didn't know if they had any and for me to just go search the back.
