No help at all but hay I find my own shit online
If I could give a negative 5 stars I would. I've had several bad experiences, but really wanted new products. I went in today, asked for help, and the employee helped me and I handed her several items that I wanted to purchase but was still looking. I had to keep asking for help, they were working on a shelving display. I found a powder foundation that I had to try and match by myself. I chose one then decided on another powder foundation. I was not greeted, walked around not once was I asked by an employee if i needed help. Luckily i lnew what lipstick color i wanted paid for it and left dont think I'm going back for a while.
I was never greeted. Not even a simple hello. I walked around for a good 30 minutes along with a few other people. We were never asked if we needed help. When someone finally did I asked about mascara the girl was completely uneducated in makeup apparently I finally asked for their best seller and paid for my things and left. The sample make up area were filthy with makeup everywhere and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks. I will probably shop online from now on instead of going into the store here.
I've been in this store 3 times and I'm officially done, I can't not give a review nor can I come up with any more excuses for their behavior.
