RecommendedI went in today just to get some new foundation and ended up getting an entire makeup look done. Maddie did such an awesome job and she was so nice and fun and explained everything to me. I have always had great luck getting my makeup done here. I will continue to shop here.
I would never step foot in that store. Your manager should be fired and the company should be sued. They are so very inconsiderate of their clients and all they care about is themselves. If you are not a certain age and height and weight and age you don’t last there. It doesn’t matter how good you are you are laid off or fired when they don’t need extra people. Can you guys just hire one employee that doesn't treat me like I'm mentally handicapped? I don't need a chemical breakdown of the formula...i just needed a foundation that was not going to oxidize too badly and last longer than 2 hours....her aggressive " i know more than you" attitude was a real turn off....on my way to Ulta now
HORRIBLE abusive customer service. Everybody has a bad day but this seemed to carry throughout the rest of the staff as well. My daughter shopped here yesterday, the clerk raised a fuss, embarrassed her and made her cry because she did the unthinkable act of paying for more than $60 worth of makeup with a hundred dollar bill. There are other places to spend her money...it won't be here again.

Have shopped at many sephora stores and have never gotten the treatment I got at this store! I needed to restock my make up bag and out of 3 employees I never got greeted, it was like pulling teeth to get matched to foundation. I will never make the trip back to this store again.
I recently had the chance to stop by Sephora in Bismarck and I was so impressed. This wasn't my first visit to a Sephora, but it was-hands down- my best! The manager and staff were friendly, professional, and VERY knowledgeable. It's easy to tell they love what they do! The customer service was phenomenal - they offered so much great advice and are full of helpful tips. The ladies have a wonderful dynamic with one another.
