I have been a regular customer since 2023, and I recently visited the store to collect my birthday gift, which I was entitled to receive. Unfortunately, the store manager refused to provide it and had a very dismissive and misleading attitude towards me. She claimed that my account was showing a Singapore location, even though I have never made any purchase there. came into doncaster store today and was greeted by the manager shane. he was busy with other tasks but dropped everything to help me and my friend out. it was also just before closing time and he took his time serving us and helping us did not rush us out of the store. his product knowledge was amazing. he was honest and kind and so attentive. he made the experience so comfortable. i honestly don’t like shopping in stores at sephora because i usually don’t experience great customer service. however shane has given me the bes... read more
Came into Doncaster Sephora with my friend and was greeted by Shane, who dropped what he was doing to help us straight away with product recommendations and shade matching. Mind you we came in pretty close to closing time and he was patient and so helpful. His product knowledge was immaculate and made the experience so special. He was kind, genuine and so attentive. Please pass this onto him as he deserves to know how wonderful he personally made our experience!
Was assisted by a blonde girl today, I unfortunately did not get her name but she was incredibly helpful in picking me a shade match and actually picking the right foundation for my skin concerns. She recommending me the makeup for ever foundation, best foundation I’ve ever used! And will continue to purchase. Every worker at Sephora is so sweet and welcoming to me thank you!!
