I returned some items today , the cashier was rude . The customer before me was treated well by her with her smile 😄
I great customer service by Nia, she was super friendly and was able to help me out and give me a few options on men colognes. I'd also add she was dealing with me and also dealing with an extremely rude customer in a very professional manner while helping me. I have to assume the negative reviews are people who want things at a snap of a finger. Would definitely come back!

My experience at Sephora was incredibly disappointing. The customer service was some of the worst I've ever experienced. The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping customers and acted like answering simple questions was an inconvenience. I waited for assistance while several employees stood around talking to each other, and when someone finally acknowledged me, they were rude, dismissive, and rushed me through my questions.
