I had a very disappointing experience during my recent visit to the Sephora inside Kohl’s. When I walked in, the two managers on duty Katie and Jennifer I believe I saw the name tags were huddled behind the register in a corner, completely absorbed in their phones and laughing. They didn’t acknowledge me once. I tried to ask a question, but they looked at me and continued laughing without offering any help. Customer service was ok. Item selection was decent. It may have been the time of day I visited as to why, but I’d rather make a longer trip to a stand alone location
distracted workers, dirty and used products, and barely any customer service the workers there were distracted dojng their own makeup and took ten to twenty minutes to check someones things out.
Holiday season is always hectic! I had a great experience with Katy from Sephora. She was so kind, patient, and had subpar customer service.
The first young lady we spoke to was super nice and helpful - I wish I would have gotten her name. The other older associate named Virginia (gave Vicky as her nickname), did not make us feel comfortable shopping there at all! She very obviously followed us around and couldn't even play it off right because she was picking up products and opening them as if she was browsing/shopping.
