I came in the store looking for 10 full-size colognes and 10 full-size perfume. I Have my Wedding anniversary coming up and I was buying all of the bridesmaids and grooming gifts to celebrate the occasion with us. I stood in the cologne section, in Direct view of three workers At the register, they can see me standing there. It’s only one working the register, I wait for a good 7-10 mins and I left. They just let a min $2,300 walk out bc of bad customer service. Sophia not Kohl’s but they are inside their building

The employees at this location were very racist. I came in today around 8:40 PM and was followed and watched like a criminal the entire time, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I will never purchase from this location again. When I finally got to the counter to pay for my items, the guy at the front did something with the cashier and then handed a key to the older white lady, who was part of the staff and in a loss prevention vest. Hate the over focus on makeup expecially as crazy costly as this. Beauty comes from attire and social enjoyment there are ways to profit from these.

I was extremely hesitant about writing this and was going to move on from the situation. How everything been going on this year think it’s time to speak up. I wanted to pick up and purchase a face toner and cleanser from Sephora before my trip. When I walked into this location I did not feel welcome.
