I'll stick with online shopping... I went into Kohl's to pick up an order and stopped off at Sephora for an Armani perfume I wanted... there were a couple employees behind the counter just talking and there was maybe eight people looking for items and not one time did they ask if anyone needed help. The item I wanted wasn't on the shelf and I didn't bother to ask if they had what I wanted since the sale didn't seem to be a concern for any of the employees. Customer service isn't what it used to be.
The lady at Sephora today was extremely rude! I shop there often and she is always there and always been pleasant however today was embarrassing, she did not know how to do a return without a physical receipt even though I showed her on my app the purchase. She continued to argue with take deep breaths and laugh with other customers about it. Luckily I was able to get a hold of the supervisor Sara and she was able to complete my return.
