Whoever the girl is that you guys have running the Milford store, please fire her she has no knowledge about the products and Sephora. She has no knowledge or skills to help women of darker skin tone when you ask her for help she stands there like a deer in headlights when you ask her for help you literally end up helping yourself. Ciera is amazing!! She is extremely professional and friendly as well as knowledgeable with all the various cosmetic lines the store carries!! She walked my mom and I through every product ensuring we got the perfect items, textures and shades for our own particular skin types and preferences , etc. She also has excellent knowledge about makeup application. As a rule, I detest shopping for make-up, and I am not willing to spend a lot of money on it. I almost always purchase inexpensive brands in the pharmacy or at a local retail store. Unfortunately, it is very hard to get a good color match, and I sometimes find that I am allergic to cosmetics when I get them home. The staff were lovely, but their lack of products was not. I don’t blame it on the establishment, though. I just wish they kept their inventory stocked.
