The teen section at every Kohls has gotten terrible when it comes to selection, however, the overall customer service has always been great, the prices are decent. The store isn’t too dirty, and the fitting rooms are for the most part clean. Overall good experience, because the manager has bent over backwards to make sure I was taken care of before. I felt compelled to leave a review, because I felt that the other young lady was too harsh in her review of the store.
The WORST store!! The manager's are rude, hateful, and hassle customers to open a Kohl's charge. The customer service is crappy!!!
