Bought cologne here that costs over $100 but it was the only bottle left. Service was helpful. Reason for 3 stars this location has a low supply. There was no Josie Maran argan oil or any oil for that matter. Makes it hard for the employees to do their job and paying customers purchase a desired product.
Brianna was amazing! She helped me with everything I needed and made the whole experience so easy. She’s empathetic, genuinely cares about customers, and offered great suggestions—I ended up buying a few of her recommendations and can’t wait to try them.
Wife got a $200 dollar gift card to Sephora for Christmas. Unfortunately when following the directions and scratching off the silver to reveal the card and PIN number, all the numbers scratched off. This is apparently a common issue (just google it) and has happened to plenty of other gift card recipients. They were so rude to me. I spent over $400 on perfume and the older woman that works there acted like such a jerk. I just asked which register to pay at, and she answered very rude, you have to pay here! I think she is the supervisor, and as such she should have much better customer service skills.
