went to use gift card and they said it had no balance. called the company to see what happened to the money and they had us scratch off the back and then told us it was used online at 4 in the morning 2 days earlier. impossible! but they wouldn't return the money even though they knew it was stolen. sephora is a scam. ill never use them again. my 15 year old daughter lost her bday gift.
Management was very unprofessional to employees in front of customers.Managers talk down to the girls and intimidate them while they were helping.
