Disappointed in the professionalism, customer service, organization, and cleanliness at the Sephora Kohl’s. When asking if an item was available or in under stock, I received the body language and facial expression of someone who could not be bothered/bored at their job, but unwilling to check if the items were available with a snotty tone. Super nice staffing and amazing help! I was checked out by a nice lady named Josie she was super funny and kind!! Her and another female associates whose name I did not catch were very helpful and went above and beyond for me! These interactions truly made the shopping experience enjoyable.
I went in to this store last week and had the best experience. I am not someone who wears makeup and was worried about being judged or seeming stupid, but the girls who were working were so welcoming and kind and understood what I wanted exactly, they suggest really great, budget friendly products. Thank you! You made me feel so beautiful on my wedding day!
I'm sure Sephora is nice, but maybe their prices are high, i dont know, but I don't wear any makeup, ever. Google wants a review because I walked into Kohls? Maybe Sephora should tell Google to stop doing this...?
My face really needed some skincare and the skincare I got helped my face alot.
