The employees and manager need to fix their face. You ask a simple question and they act like you’re causing them the hugest inconvenience. Great way to keep customers coming back, right? It wasn’t even busy but both associates working on 11/9/24 at around noon couldn’t wait for me to get out it feels like.
Greeting staff amazing, floor staff helpful - Camille needs training and after speaking with the manager , I will make sure to call the corporate office to make a formal complaint. This is my neighborhood Kohl’s and you will do better.
