Always had great customer service and they have a great selection of colognes
I have been in here twice and both times the staff have been unfriendly and I couldn’t get help. Upon my latest visit, I made eye contact with an employee and still didn’t get a greeting or an offer for assistance or anything. I understand Sephora is notorious for being having bad customer service and being racist overall, but twice this has happened?? I’ll just stick to ordering online.
Don't shop at Sephora unless you support ice and shiesty work practices
I told the cashier multiple times during checkout that I did not want to sign up for Kohl’s rewards and she used my Sephora account information to do it anyway. I was able to cancel the Kohl’s account later but if a customer repeatedly says no to something, it’s highly unethical to continue.
