Sephora in Kohls is trash. Waited in line to be told they don’t accept returns “only stand alone Sephora’s accept returns.” Unfortunately the lady in front of me was told the exact same thing about a store credit she wanted to use to purchase new items. What a waste of both of our time today at the Kohls Sephora. Don’t even go here.
The workers here are super nice and helpful. It’s not a warehouse store, so you do get the basics if you’re shopping for your significant other
My wife and daughter like to shop for makeup here, plus has perfume and cologne.
