This Sephora should be closed down. Don’t support this place with your money. Today on May 30, 2026 between 5-6pm I was treated with hostility, bullied by two associates one who was checking me out and one standing next to her who continued the bullying behavior and enticed the associate assisting me to continue with hostility. Came in for a simple Sephora return, had a gift card issue so they told me to wait a week! Received a voicemail from Anna Lisa who was amazing & helpful that my gift card was in store. I called back not even 5 mins later and a girl named raenada answered very rudely saying no one would ever call saying there was a gift card and that Anna Lisa would never do that! This location is one of the best, Aime is always willing to help, she goes above and beyond to help with detailed descriptions of products! Plus, she always has the best recommendations for my skin type, she is knowledgeable and patient! Highly recommend to ask for her (Aime) when at this location!
Bethany was very cold, not welcoming Not helpful at all she had some attitude at the register and the other girl short and brown not welcoming as well. Bethany seemed impatient and annoyed neither one asked if I needed help
