Well I very clearly let the cashier know I did not want a Kohls account created when she was asking me for my information and she lied to my face and said it wasn’t for that and signed me up anyways. I’ll be submitting a complaint for fraud because you don’t get away with lying to people about what you’re using their information for. Sephora and Kohls do better. Do not push sign up goals on your employees that push them to shady business practices.

I came in and was very excited to find the Vanilla 28 perfume. I picked up a few other products, then asked the salesperson if i could pay at the kohls register because i will be buying clothes as well. She said yes, it was ok. Then as I was walking out, i was being followed by another older woman. she said in a VERY disgusting tone “you need to pay in sephora.” I told her that another employee said it was fine, and she just scoffed and walked me to sephora. poor customer service; a woman that works there (not sure of her name) was condescending and outright rude as i checked out. she insisted on making me sign up for a rewards program that i know is not required to check out, and ignored me as i said no thank you multiple times until i gave up, and as she did this, she was quite condescending towards me.

I went in the morning to get help finding a few products for my daughter, and the older woman there I think her name was Brynn was extremely rude, dismissive and condescending when I was asking her for help. I politely asked her to help me find these products because I didn’t know where they were located in the store and she immediately shut me down and told me she was too busy to help me, but then proceeded to go and talk to a different customer. Honestly every time I come here it’s a disappointment. It gets more disorganized over time. The changing rooms by the Ben’s cloths have 4 rooms one of which is being used as storage. There are often long lines for cashiers. I would not suggest shopping here.
