I purchased a cologne for my husband at the end of October as a gift for Christmas, When he opened yesterday, we realized it was a women’s fragrance-not men’s. The item was never opened before then, but Sephora refused to allow a return because of their 30-day policy. This was a gift situation, which Sephora should reasonably expect during the holidays. Very disappointing customer service and zero flexibility, I won’t be purchasing gift here again.

Well I very clearly let the cashier know I did not want a Kohls account created when she was asking me for my information and she lied to my face and said it wasn’t for that and signed me up anyways. I’ll be submitting a complaint for fraud because you don’t get away with lying to people about what you’re using their information for. Sephora and Kohls do better. Do not push sign up goals on your employees that push them to shady business practices.

I came in and was very excited to find the Vanilla 28 perfume. I picked up a few other products, then asked the salesperson if i could pay at the kohls register because i will be buying clothes as well. She said yes, it was ok. Then as I was walking out, i was being followed by another older woman. she said in a VERY disgusting tone “you need to pay in sephora.” I told her that another employee said it was fine, and she just scoffed and walked me to sephora.
